Only 38 cm wide with two cooking zones, this cooktop still has the same power as the rest of the range. Linked together, the 40 x 23 cm combined cooking zone offers 3300 W, 3700 W when using the booster option. Choose the single wok burner with up to 6,000 watts of heat, the two burner or the five burner, 18,000 watt option.

The 38 cm two burner gas Vario option offers a standard as well as a high output burner able to deliver up to 4000 W of heat as well as gently simmer. The 12 power levels are regulated electronically to ensure the exact degree of heat is delivered consistently.

Combine the two burner with the powerful wok single burner. To achieve the intense high temperatures required for wok cookery, the burner is able to produce 6000 W of heat.

This professional-grade appliance can sear at 240 °C or keep warm at a minimal setting. There are two cooking zones at your disposal as well as a simple cleaning setting.

The Vario Teppan Yaki sits elegantly alongside the downdraft ventilation as well as the framed or frameless flex induction.
