400 or 200 series ovens? A matter of taste.

The Gaggenau ovens are an aspiration for many, a promise to guests, a calling for the home chef and a statement to the designer. Both the 400 and 200 series ovens offer a considerable number of advantages, heritage, performance and handcraftsmanship. Our ovens impress in design and in use.

400 series ovens

Installed proud or flush to the surrounding cabinetry, the stainless steel-backed full glass doors emphasize the 400 series ovens. The distinctive solid stainless steel rotary knobs provide intuitive control over the display. Touch the screen and the handleless door opens as wide as 180º. The 400 series offers a range of ovens, combi-steam ovens, and combi-microwaves in 24” and 30” widths. Storage, warming and vacuuming drawers are also available in a variety of sizes to add flexibility to any design.

200 series ovens

Sitting flush to the surface, the 200 series ovens present an alternative design, yet provide the same culinary potential as the 400 series. The 200 series offers complete modularity with a concise 24” footprint. The oven features a gray metallic colored full glass front and a stainless steel handle that pulls open to 110º. They can combine with the fully automatic espresso machine, combi-microwave oven, combi-steam oven, and warming drawer.

Combi-microwave ovens

By combining the microwave, convection and grill of the combi-microwave, you can cut cooking time to a third. Store up to 50 recipes and create sequences: defrost a frozen joint using the microwave, combine microwave and convection to cook without losing moisture and finally brown under the grill.

A 76 cm option is available in the 400 series as is a microwave and grill-only version in the 200 series.

Gaggenau EB333 oven

The 36" EB 333

Born in 1986, the original EB 300 was a revelation to Europe. Expanded to a 36” width, the oven was a design statement that transformed the kitchen and became an almost instant icon and favorite of home chefs.

Such was its avant-garde design that little changed over the next three decades.

To coincide with our 333rd year, the oven was redesigned. The result is the EB 333, an accentuation of what makes this oven so distinctive. Handcrafted from a single sheet of 3mm thick stainless steel, the 44-pound door cleverly cantilevers to easily open and gently close. The five layers of glass keep the door cool to the touch while providing a clear view into the oven. The pull to open door and signature blue enamel remain, its soul is preserved. The addition of the latest technology ensures the oven is, as always, ahead of its time.
