At a chic New York ceremony in Hudson Yards, Gaggenau was pleased to induct seven incredible, world-renowned chefs into the Gaggenau Black Jacket Society.
The Black Jacket Society recognition honors chefs who strive for perfection, deliver classically inspired dishes and do so with a particular grace and elegance commensurate with the Gaggenau brand. The professional kitchen principle is the foundation of Gaggenau product design. Professional equipment, much like ingredients, must be of the highest quality and add something special to the final dish.
The inductees to the Gaggenau Black Jacket Society from New York represent some of the most enduring legacies in culinary history, including Chef Eric Ripert’s three MICHELIN-starred restaurant Le Bernadin and Chef Daniel Humm’s restaurant Eleven Madison Park, which is the only vegan restaurant in the world to hold three MICHELIN stars.
