Gaggenau recently partnered with The Real Deal to host an exclusive evening delving into the future of office real estate, featuring a fireside chat with renowned developer Michael Shvo, founder, chairman, and CEO of SHVO. Held at the Gaggenau Miami Experience and Design Center in the prestigious Design District, the event attracted South Florida’s elite real estate developers, blending thought leadership, culinary artistry, and networking.

Guests were welcomed into the showroom with champagne and canapés. The evening then commenced with a culinary demonstration by Chef James Friedberg of MICHELIN Two Star L’Atelier de Joël Robuchon Miami, showcasing Gaggenau’s cooktop craftsmanship and performance. Following the demonstration, The Real Deal’s founder, Amir Korangy, joined Shvo for an intimate conversation that explored the evolving landscape of commercial real estate in a post-pandemic world.

Shvo, a visionary in luxury development, shared insights into how the office space has shifted from mere aesthetics to creating immersive experiences for tenants. Drawing from his experience with projects like the revitalization of the iconic Transamerica Pyramid in San Francisco, he highlighted the importance of elevating not just the design, but the entire tenant experience. While some developers remain cautious about the office market, Shvo pointed to a growing trend in the return to office and predicted that the next 12 months present a prime opportunity for investment.
