In November 2024, Gaggenau and Ferguson hosted an exclusive event at the Ferguson Showroom in Buckhead, Atlanta, to debut Gaggenau’s latest luxury appliance display. Tailored for a select audience of architects, designers, and builders, the evening brought together Atlanta’s design community with representatives from BSH and Ferguson.

The highlight of the evening was an extraordinary live cooking demonstration by Chef Johnny Spero of the MICHELIN-starred Reverie in Washington, D.C. As a member of Gaggenau’s Black Jacket Society, Chef Spero embodies the Professional Kitchen Principle, blending culinary mastery with Gaggenau’s cutting-edge appliance innovation. Guests were treated to a thoughtfully crafted menu showcasing the precision and control Gaggenau appliances offer. Dishes included a caviar tart with pumpkin consommé and pumpkin seed cream, and Petrossian caviar; parmesan madeleines with black garlic and truffle; and a beet tostada with smoked beet and charred avocado.

Throughout the evening, attendees explored the new appliance display while engaging with Gaggenau’s team, who highlighted resources available to trade professionals, including product specifications, CAD files, and installation guides. The features of Club 1683, Gaggenau’s exclusive trade program, were also introduced, offering a glimpse into the brand’s dedication to supporting the design community.
