Gaggenau, in collaboration with Luxe Interiors + Design and esteemed appliance store, Albert Lee Appliances, hosted a unique Club 1683 experience at the renowned Seattle Art Fair in July. This opportunity was a testament to a shared commitment to art, design, and the celebration of innovation. Twenty distinguished designers and architects gathered for an evening that seamlessly blended the worlds of modern art and culinary excellence.

Upon arrival at the Fair, the group was treated to a curated private tour led by an expert guide offering deep insights into the premier artworks on display, highlighting pieces from the region’s top museums and institutions. The Seattle Art Fair, founded by the visionary Paul G. Allen, continues to be a vibrant showcase for the Pacific Northwest’s dynamic arts community, and this exclusive experience was no exception.

The event culminated at The George, where attendees indulged in an exquisite dinner paying homage to the Pacific Northwest’s rich culinary heritage. The George’s masterfully renovated dining room provided the perfect backdrop for this intimate gathering celebrating a commitment to timeless elegance and culinary excellence. The dinner featured house made nori sourdough as well as a chef’s selection of sustainable seafood followed by main dishes including preserved green chickpea ravioli, tenderloin with caramelized baby onion and black cod with a white bean ragout, cured sausage and sun-dried tomato. The dinner concluded with a dessert course offering chocolate fudge cake with caramel ganache and salted dulce de leche and raspberry passion fruit tart with fresh meringue.

Guests were gifted VIP passes to the Art Fair for the remainder of the show as well as a curated Gaggenau gift bag.
