Expansive in both size and capability, the 400 series offers an exceptional range of ovens, combi-steam ovens, combi-microwaves, microwave drawers and warming drawers in 24” and 30” widths. Storage, warming and vacuuming drawers are also available in a variety of sizes to add flexibility to any design.

Inspired by the professional kitchen, every Gaggenau oven is designed for the private home. A heated catalyzer filters the grease and odors from the air, while four layers of glass keep the door cool to the touch even during the 905º F pyrolytic cleaning process. Our unique enamel offers excellent heat reflection, longevity and ease of cleaning. The core temperature probe measures the temperature of your dish to within one degree, and the rotisserie spit can be utilized in most of the 17 heating methods. Automatic programs assist the home chef while the convenience of Home Connect allows you to control and monitor remotely.

Gaggenau baking stone

Unleash its full potential

To cook a perfect dish, you need more than a good recipe. Gaggenau has developed accessories that enhance the cooking experience. The terra cotta baking stone fits in all convection ovens and can be used to perfectly prepare Tarte flambee, pizza and bread. A separate heating element heats the solid stone from underneath to temperatures up to 550º F. Traditional baking just like a professional brick oven.

Available 30” wide with 9.0 cubic feet total heating space, the double oven is not just impressive to look at. It’s equipped with built-in Gaggenau handles and a rotisserie spit for the lower oven. The full range of 17 heating methods, and the addition of the core temperature probe give the home chef full control over each dish.

Two decades after introducing steam into the private kitchen, we offer an enlarged cavity with which to master the culinary style. Available in 24” and 30” widths, plumbed with a drain to provide the most effortless cooking session. Five humidity levels and temperatures up to 450º F give the home chef ultimate control, while automatic programs and Home Connect offer guidance along the way. The full surface broiler behind glass encourages you to not only perfect your steaming, but also braising, baking, browning, broiling, gratinating, sous-vide cooking and even juice extracting.

As your masterpiece is being created, ensure it is beautifully illuminated. Discreet LEDs stage your dish in soft white light, without glare thanks to a non-reflective rear wall. Appearances matter, so the full-surface broiler is hidden, out of sight behind glass.

Consequence-free cooking

Bake, steam and sous-vide without fear of losing that new oven look. Your combi-steam oven only requires you to insert its cartridge and set it to clean, thanks to the sophisticated automated cleaning system. This will return the oven to its original, pristine condition.

Microwave, convection, broiler or any combination of all three makes this more than a time-saver. Having said that, you can roast dishes in a third of the time and as the name suggests, the Quick heat function achieves cooking temperatures faster.

Up to 50 of your favorite recipes can be saved and you can create a cooking sequence of different heating methods and times. For instance, defrost using the microwave, cook with a mix of microwave and convection (to better retain the ingredients’ moisture) and finally brown using the broiler.
