Returns

We want you to be delighted every time you shop with us. Occasionally though, we know you may want to return items. We aim to keep the process as simple as possible and these terms do not affect your statutory rights. We will try to attend to all returns as soon as practically possible. Please note that product returns cannot be accepted in person at our office address.

Products

Our policy is to ensure that you are satisfied every time you place an order. If you are unhappy with an item when you receive it or if you simply change your mind, please contact us within 14 days, quoting your order number and the item you wish to return. Refunds will be automatically returned to you once goods are back in our warehouse.

Faulty or damaged products

We try to select and package the products as well as possible to ensure they arrive in good condition. However, if a product arrives damaged or with defects, or is not what you ordered, we will replace it free of charge or provide a full refund as appropriate, if you notify us within 14 days of delivery.

Please ensure you have checked your products within 14 days, as outside of this we will not be able to offer any form of replacement or refund. In the unfortunate event damage does occur on the delivery, you must document this on the proof of delivery you will be asked to sign. Failure to document this will result in your claim not being accepted.

How to return products

If you no longer wish to keep your products, or any of your products have arrived damaged, faulty or missing, please contact our customer service team on 0344 892 8988 within 14 days after receiving your products. Calls are charged at the basic rate, please check with your telephone service provider for exact charges

You must quote your order number, the name on the order and the reason for return. In some circumstances you will be required to pay for the return of the item, this will be advised at the time of confirming your return.
