The full surface induction cooktop
The full surface induction cooktops can be fitted flush or on the worktop and offer an impressive 3200 cm2 or 2750 cm2 of creative space upon which to place up to six or five pans or a Teppan Yaki accessory.
Limitless imagination
Do away with little white box shapes and separate cooking zones. As the name suggests, this is 90 cm or 80 cm of limitless creative space. Move the pans around and the timer and temperature setting will follow them.

The flex induction cooktop with downdraft ventilation

The illuminated, solid stainless steel controls offer 12 levels of electronically controlled heat, ensuring the flames are consistent and in the event they blow out, it automatically reignites. If it fails to reignite, the gas is interrupted.

Place up to six pans anywhere on the surface and offer the professional and dynamic cooking function, allowing the private chef to move pans around the cooktop’s pre-set heat areas, just as the professionals do.

The full surface induction cooktops represent 80 cm and 90 cm of flush- or surface-mounted limitless creative space. The black glass is absolute in its devotion to minimalism.

The Vario flex induction cooktops
Flex induction cooktops allow the private chef to combine cooking zones to accommodate larger pans, freeing the creative private chef from any constraint. From 38 cm to 90 cm in width, all framed or frameless, there is a flex induction to suit all tastes.
Maximum minimalism
Five cooking zones including a central wok area, spread over 90 cm, this is an expansive cooktop. Able to be framed or frameless and installed alongside any of the other Vario options, you also have the option of surface or flush mounting.
Keeping your options wide open
At 80 cm wide this cooktop offers four cooking zones that can be combined into two large areas for oversized pans or to simply allow free placement anywhere within the enlarged cooking area. Available framed or frameless, both options are perfectly compatible with the rest of the Vario range.
Standard niche, exceptional in every other respect
60 cm wide, with four cooking zones, this cooktop offers all the Vario flex induction capabilities. Frying sensor capability for greater control over the exact temperature in the pan and being Home Connect enabled it allows convenient control of a compatible extractor from the cooktop using the clear, two colour display. Available framed or frameless, both options are perfectly compatible with the rest of the Vario range.
The same power, smaller presence
Only 38 cm wide with two cooking zones, this cooktop still has the same power as the rest of the range. Linked together, the 40 x 23 cm combined cooking zone offers 3300 W, 3700 W when using the booster option. The Vario induction cooktop

The Vario gas cooktops
Choose the single wok burner with up to 6,000 watts of heat, the two burner or the five burner, 18,000 watt option.
The addition of gas
The 38 cm two burner gas Vario option offers a standard as well as a high output burner able to deliver up to 4000 W of heat as well as gently simmer. The 12 power levels are regulated electronically to ensure the exact degree of heat is delivered consistently.
The power to wok
Combine the two burner with the powerful wok single burner. To achieve the intense high temperatures required for wok cookery, the burner is able to produce 6000 W of heat.
The Vario Teppan Yaki
This professional-grade appliance can sear at 240 °C or keep warm at a minimal setting. There are two cooking zones at your disposal as well as a simple cleaning setting.
