Purchases of Gaggenau appliances from BSH Home Appliances Trading LLC (“GAGGENAU") is subject to the following terms and conditions:

1. Purchase Orders:
All Proforma invoice issued must be duly signed by the end user.


2. Delivery:
20- 25 weeks after receipt of purchase order to the address specified by the buyer within UAE only.


3. Warranty:
Warranty Conditions of BSH-LLC

The conditions below that describe the requirements and scope of our warranty performance do not affect the warranty obligations of the seller arising from the purchase agreement with the end customer.

For this appliance, we grant a warranty subject to the following conditions for appliances of the brand GAGGENAU that are purchased after 01.01.2025:

In accordance with the conditions below (No. 2-6), we will correct deficiencies in the appliance free of charge, if they are verifiably the result of a material and/or manufacturing defect and are reported to us promptly after their discovery and within 60 months after Installation.

In cases where installation cannot be carried out immediately upon delivery, an extension of warranty (not more than 6 months from the date of Invoice) will be offered.

2. The warranty does not cover fragile parts such as glass or plastic as well as light bulbs.

Minor deviations from the stipulated quality that are immaterial to the value and suitability for use of the appliance will not give rise to a warranty obligation. Damage caused by chemical and electrochemical effects of water and/or generally caused by abnormal environmental conditions will not result in any warranty obligations; neither does damage resulting from inappropriate operating conditions or if the appliance otherwise comes into contact with unsuitable substances. Also, no warranty can be assumed for defects in the appliance caused by transport damage for which we are not responsible, incorrect installation and assembly, misuse, non-domestic style use, lack of care or non-observance of operating or assembly instructions.

The warranty claim becomes void, if repairs or interventions have been carried out by persons who have not been authorized by us for that purpose or if our appliances have been fitted with spare, supplementary or accessory parts that are not original parts, and if the repair or intervention by a non-authorized person, or the fitting with parts that are not original parts, has resulted in a defect.

3. The warranty performance will be made in such a way that defective components will at our discretion be repaired or replaced with faultless components free of charge. Appliances that can be reasonably transported (e.g. in a passenger car) and for which warranty performance is claimed with reference to this warranty must be delivered or sent to our nearest customer service office. Repairs at the installation site may only be requested for appliances in stationary (fixed) operation.

The purchase receipt showing date of delivery or at least date of purchase must be presented.

Replaced components will become our property.

4. Should we refuse the rework or if it fails, a replacement of equivalent value will be delivered out of the local product portfolio at the request of the end customer free of charge within the aforementioned warranty period.

5. Warranty performance neither extends the warranty period nor does it renew the warranty period. The warranty period for spare parts installed ends with the warranty period for the entire appliance.

6. Further or other claims (in particular claims for damages suffered beyond the appliance) are excluded insofar as liability is not mandatory by law.

These warranty conditions apply to appliances purchased and used in UAE. If appliances are shipped abroad, the warranty becomes void.

Our Customer Service is available after your warranty has expired.


4. Installation:
All installations to be carried out by GAGGENAU installation team. Warranty will be null and void if appliances are not unpacked and installed by GAGGENAU team. Accessories lost or damaged due to unpacking by any person other than the GAGGENAU installation team will be charged to the retailer / buyer.


5. Payment Terms:
50°/» advance payment along with order and 50°/+ before delivery. GAGGENAU reserves the right to put any delivery on hold if payment terms are not fulfilled by the buyer. All payments shall be made by wire transfer in immediately available funds, which are free and clear of any costs and/or charges. The respective payment shall be deemed to have been effected on the day on which same is at the full and unconditional disposal of BSH-UAE. All payments received should be cleared for pending invoices as per their date. Any payments must come from the same bank details registered the retailer, when the customer is set up. This is to ensure we reduce the possible risk of Monetary-Laundering. GAGGENAU reserves the right to put any delivery on hold this is not fulfilled by the buyer.


6. Delay in Deliveries:
GAGGENAU expects from the retailer to accept the deliveries according to the scheduled delivery date. Recognizing that there could unforeseeable delays on site, GAGGENAU offers on case-bycase basis a maximum grace period of 30 days from the initial date of delivery free of charge. For any further delay BSH Home Appliances Trading LLC reserves the right to charge storage fees.


7. Validity of Terms and Conditions:
These terms and conditions take immediate effect and shall remain effective until further notice. GAGGENAU reserves the right change these terms and conditions at any time and notify.


8. Return & Exchange Policy:
No return or exchange is possible once appliances are installed. Only in case of an incorrect supply of product by BSH home Appliances Trading LLC contradicting to the formal order confirmed, the replacement will be done with the same product. No return will be accommodated due to incorrect ordering of appliance by the end-user.


9. Export Control Regulations:
BSH-UAE shall not be obliged to perform deliveries, orders and other obligations under this Agreement if such performance is hindered and/or prohibited by the applicable export control laws and regulations of the Federal Republic of Germany, the United Arab Emirates, the United Nations or any other country.


10. Liability:
Except as otherwise provided for in this Agreement, neither Party shall be liable to the other Party, or any third party, for any incidental or consequential damage (including any loss of use or loss of profits) in connection with any breach or default under this Agreement.
