A Persian artist brought up in Dubai, he left his 10-year career in Dubai’s Luxury Fashion Retail Industry to explore his love of art through South America for 2 years. It was in the lush heart of the Amazon Jungle that he found his inspiration for his geometric direction – this same geometry is used by nature to connect and create molecules. Derived by the geometric patterns, colours and perspectives of Gaggenau appliances, Kav brings the brand to life in style. His geometric art represents the interconnectivity of everything and everyone, seamlessly synergising with the culinary art experience.

The other half of this extraordinary occasion is Executive Chef Hadrien Villeudieu creating an indelible dining experience.
